Mat - you, a mat, and Joe Pilates' exercises

Mixed Mat - you, a mat, Joe Pilates' exercises and added props (magic circle, band, roller, balls, light weights)

Barre2Sculpt - our own exclusive Barre workout to sculpt and tone; utilizes ballet barre, light weights, small balls, and bands

Barre2Core - cardio warm-up followed by Barre sculpting/toning intermixed with core training utilizing the CoreFitness Roller

Beginner Reformer - a true beginner class to introduce one to the exercises on the Universal Reformer

Open Reformer - utilizes springs of varying resistance that you push and pull against in order to strengthen your powerhouse; lie, sit, kneel, and sta on the reformer to work its magic; ALL LEVELS

Mixed Equipment - use of both the Reformer and the Tower

Tower - a brisk, energizing workout utilizing the springs to tone and strengthen along with mat exercises; ALL LEVELS

Brazilian Fusion - a little movement to warm-up, then weights, core training, legs, and stretch... all Pilates-inspired
