Pilates is an excellent tool for anyone.
Breath, focus, alignment, abdominal and pelvic control are a few of the
teachings that give Pilates its
Uniqueness. The balance and control that are inherent characteristics of
a good Pilates program have a tendency to spill over into all other
areas of one's life.
We try to be true to the teachings of
Joe Pilates. He believed that the definition of physicalfitness
was 'the attainment and maintenance of a uniformly develorped
body with a sound mind fully capable of naturally, easily, and
satisfactorily performing our many and varied daily tasks with
spontaneous zest and pleasure."
Our Goal is for our clients to achieve this level of wellness.

9 people in a class so we
can give the individual attention that is needed for all who attend.

We are Pleased to offer our own
Starting with a cardio
warmup, the class consists of Barre Sculpting/toning intermixed
with core trainin utilizing the CoreFitness Roller, glide discs
and pillow discs. This class is taught by Karin.
Physical fitness, as envisioned by Joe
Pilates, taught by trained and certified instructors, at PILATES By
