Class Descriptions
Open Reformer
Utilizing steel springs of varying resistances to strengthen, tone and add flexibility to one’s body; class teaches to all levels
Intermediate/Advanced Reformer
Class focus is on refining one’s movement while learning the next level in the Pilates repertoire
Mixed Equipment
Use of the Reformer, the Tower, Chair and/or Jumpboard
Tower
A brisk energizing workout utilizing the springs to tone and strengthen along with mat exercises
Chair
Use MVE chair to strengthen powerhouse and improve balance/flexibility
Mat
You, a mat, Joe Pilates’ exercises, and added props. We use a magic circle, band, roller, ball, and light weights.
Barre2Sculpt
Our own exclusive Barre workout to sculpt and tone; utilizes ballet barre, light weights, small balls and bands; no pre-req
Barre2Core
Cardio warmup followed by Barre sculpting/toning intermixed with core training utilizing CoreFitness Roller MOTR; no pre-req
